Factories are a particular land type NFT, with one purpose: to make new NFT miners. Therefore, when you own factory stocks NFT, you will get a share from the factory's miner NFT sale.
The factory supply is minimal, and we will add more factories when a new city opens. For example, there are only seven factories in Rio city.

You can find factories on the Rio map. There is only one factory in every district and only one stock NFT for each.
There are only seven factory sites in Rio city with four rarities:
Common (Blue): 4 factories in NW, NE, SW, and SE districts (10 blocks each).
Rare (Red): One factory in West districts. (10 blocks)
Legendary (Purple): One factory in East districts. (18 blocks)
Epic (Gold): The most valued factory. One factory in Central districts. (10 blocks)
Brands are the business side of the miner's industry. Every factory in the Minerio metaverse has a list of brands for their productions. Brands can build up the customer's feelings about the productions.
In Minerio, your miner's brand is important in terms of warranty limitations, Services the brand holder provides, The community you are joining, and the cost/benefit that the brand offers.
